Wound to period-correct resistance and wax-potted to keep stage noise at bay, they give you that open, organic tone with just the right amount of punch. It’s a sound that’s full of depth and detail—never sterile, always alive.

The neck pickup brings a round, woody thump with a singing top end, perfect for laid-back lines and warm, soulful phrasing. The bridge pickup is slightly overwound for more midrange push and grit, great for when you want to cut through the mix with that classic J-style bite.

The Fatboost is an active, yet subtle bass boost designed to maintain the original passive sound as closely as possible. Activated by a switch, it delivers up to 12dB of low-frequency boost (typically set to 4dB by default).
