What is Bass Buddha

Bass Buddha is a bass shop based in Aarhus, Denmark. We are focused on stocking the best bass gear there is, no matter if it’s basses, amps, cabinets, or pedals. We also have a physical showroom/shop, so should you ever happen to be in Denmark, please come and visit us. We promise you lots of drool-worthy gear, bass talk, and hot coffee!

Import Taxes

You will probably pay some kind of import tax. All prices on bassbuddha.com always exclude whatever import tax you may suffer.


We ship worldwide. We have many satisfied customers around the world, including United States (US) (See our reviews on Trustpilot)

We strive to ship same day or next day at the latest (DK time). If you ordered in the webshop on the weekend, we will usually ship the item on the next working day.

Estimated Shipping Times

We ship to United States (US) via FedEx. Shipping time is usually 5-7 working days. (but because of the pandemic, shipping times cannot be 100% accurate)

Please note that the shipping might be delayed at US customs, but unfortunately we have no control over this.

If you prefer a different carrier it’s entirely possible, however at a slightly higher price. Please contact us about this before you buy.

Shipping Insurance

All shipped items from Bass Buddha are insured. In the extremely unlikely scenario that the carrier damages your shipped item, don’t worry: You’re covered.

Fact: We have only had 2 cases where there were damages to a shipped item. We pack with extreme care.


You have 14 calendar days to decide on your purchase from the day you received it. Please get in touch with us by email, phone, or in the chat, if you wish to return it.

Please ensure that the item you’re returning is repackaged with the original content that was included when you received it and is in the exact same condition you received it in.


Products with a “pre-order” button are products that are either en route to the shop or already ordered. Some basses have a really long production time, so the “Estimated Shipping Time” is of course an estimation, but it’s pretty darn close.

If you have pre-ordered an item and should the shipping time deviate from the one listed, you will be notified directly.

All pre-orders must be paid in full.
