G&L Guitars Tribute L•2500 Series 750 Old School Tobacco
In stock
Leo’s L-series basses started out as a natural continuation of his legendary Music Man designs. But with two humbuckers under the hood, G&L pushed into territory that simply didn’t exist at Music Man back then. Over time the L-series has carved out its own identity, with the L-2000 and the five-string L-2500 becoming go-to favorites—and true bestsellers in the Tribute line.
G&L is Leo Fender’s final legacy—born from everything he learned at Fender and Music Man, and brought to life in his workshop on Fender Avenue, Fullerton, CA. That’s the same spot where the first Music Man basses were built, and where every G&L USA model still rolls out today. Leo’s bench is still there, frozen in time, a living reminder of craft and tradition.
The Tribute series keeps that spirit alive—built by Cortek in Indonesia, but loaded with the very same G&L pickups and hardware that power the Fullerton models.
