Nash Guitars PB63 Surf Green (pre-owned)

PB-63

Another timeless classic in the Nash Guitars range that I could not avoid to have here. The PB 63 is modeled standard all bass players dream to have. It has been rethought by Nash Guitars and the result is outstanding.

As for all Nash Guitars instruments, a master sentence could be: “It Feels Right” and this PB 63 sticks to it.Everything is spot on: the build, the narrow neck, the medium aged look and the texture of the tone.

It is not just another P bass, it is a new design built on classic concepts.

It has an alder body, beautifully finished in light aged surf green.

The maple neck is similar to their JB model, so it is narrower and thinner than a normal P bass neck. This is really a plus for me as it highly increases the playing comfort and pleasure to give that “feels right” impression I mentioned above.

The rosewood fretboard combined to the Lollar pickup and the passive electronics give that classic fat, deep, nice and sweet original sound with the best definition. Simple but efficient: you’re covered in many styles.

Conclusion: A super cool version of a P bass with custom features. On top of the “IT FEELS RIGHT” qualification which is constant across all Nash Guitars range, the additional words I could say about that PB63 are: I LOVE IT!
